Terms of Service — Mahima Tuli
Welcome to Mahima Tuli.
By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully, as they exist to protect both you and the integrity of our atelier.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
1. About Our Jewellery
All pieces at Mahima Tuli are handcrafted in small quantities or made to order.
This means that slight variations in texture, form or finish are natural and part of the character of artisanal jewellery.
Images on our website are an accurate representation, but small differences may occur due to the handmade process.
2. Orders & Availability
Ready-to-Wear
If the item is in stock, it will usually ship within the timeframe listed on our Shipping Policy.
Made-to-Order
For pieces created specifically for you, production times vary from 3–6 weeks depending on complexity.
Bespoke
Custom-designed pieces have individual timelines agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to decline an order if materials are unavailable or if a design cannot be made safely or ethically.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
We may update prices at any time to reflect changes in material costs or market conditions.
Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.
We do not store or have access to full credit card details.
4. Cancellations
- Ready-to-wear and made-to-order items may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing your order.
- After this period, materials are allocated and production begins, making the order final.
