Every piece at Mahima Tuli is crafted with care, intention and time.
Because our jewellery is handmade in small batches or made to order, shipping times will depend on the nature of your piece.
I truly appreciate your patience while your jewel is being created.

1. Production Time

Ready-to-Wear Pieces

These items are in stock and usually ship within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-Order Pieces

Made-to-order jewellery is crafted specifically for you.
Production time is generally 3–6 weeks, depending on complexity.

Bespoke Pieces

Custom designs have their own agreed timeframe, typically 6–12 weeks based on design and stone sourcing.

If you need something by a specific date (birthday, anniversary, proposal), please email info@mahimatuli.com before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate.

2. Shipping Within Australia

All Australian orders are shipped via a trusted, insured courier.
Shipping includes:

  • Tracking
  • Signature on delivery
  • Insurance up to the value of the item

Delivery timeframe: usually 1–4 business days depending on location.

3. International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide.

International orders are sent via an insured express courier.
Delivery times vary by country but typically take 5–10 business days once dispatched.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged upon arrival.

4. Shipping Insurance

All orders are shipped insured until they reach you.
Once delivered and signed for, responsibility transfers to the client.

For high-value pieces, we may require additional verification before shipping for security reasons.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact info@mahimatuli.com and we will assist immediately.

Please note: delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control, but we will support you throughout the process.

6. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Pre-Order Items

If an item is marked as a pre-order, the shipping date will be noted on the product page.
Pre-order dates may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of our jewellery, but we will keep you updated.

8. Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items with different production times, we may ship them separately to avoid delays.
You will never be charged twice for shipping.
